What led you to become a part of the Tradesformers program?
I had been teaching in the South Central High School Construction class as a way to expose students because we needed more people entering the trades. That led us to partner with Pitt Electric and Piedmont Service Group to form Tradesformers.

5 years, since its inception.
While in their apprenticeship, what will the student being doing at Advance Mechanical?
Attending Pitt Community College to obtain an Associates in HVAC technology. Working in the field starting in HVAC installation and then working their way towards a service technician role.
After the apprenticeship is over, what job opportunities will the apprentice have?
Service Technician, Sales, Project Management training.
