We have been a part of Tradesformers for 4 years.
What do the apprenticeship students do while at Jack A. Farrior?
Apprentices are paired with a mentor in our fabrication shop. The mentor teaches them how to weld and how to fabricate materials for various projects.
What opportunities do the apprentices have after they complete the program?
Once the apprentices complete the program, there are welding/fabrication positions in our Farmville shop that the apprentices are able to apply to. Millwright/Welders positions in the field are also open for application.
