What led you to become a part of the Tradesformers program?

I became involved in Tradesformers as a way to recruit students to work in the trades and to empower them to lead with a servant’s heart in their careers and futures.

When did you join the Tradesformers program?

We have been a part of Tradesformers since 2020.

While in their apprenticeship, what will the student being doing?

With RevitalLife, our apprentices will be learning a variety of trades like carpentry, psychometry of water restoration and how they apply to the customers we serve, leadership development skills, and many other various skills included in the diverse services we provide.

What opportunities do the apprentices have after they complete the program?

Apprentices are provided an opportunity to go to Pitt Community College and earn their Building Construction Technology degree or a Residential Carpentry Diploma. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the apprentice will have opportunities within the diverse restoration industry, construction industry, and any other service industry-oriented business.
