What led you to become a part of the Tradesformers program?
My wife was a CDC at North Pitt High School, and she introduced me to Simone Pate. Simone was looking for a company to possibly help with placing kids that were not chosen by the group.

While in their apprenticeship, what will the student being doing?
The students will be learning a variety of trades like carpentry, psychometry of water restoration and how they apply to the customers we serve, leadership development skills, and many other various skills included in the diverse services we provide.
What opportunities do the apprentices have after they complete the program?
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the apprentice will have opportunities within the diverse restoration industry, construction industry, and any other service industry-oriented business.
